Systemic Change

Increasing participation of women in undergraduate programs requires a multi-pronged, systemic approach including:
- Improved recruitment
- Inclusive pedagogy
- Meaningful curriculum
- Academic and social support for students
- High-level institutional support and appropriate policies
- Ongoing assessment of progress
NCWIT Extension Services provides support and resources for achieving change in all of these areas in ways that increase participation of women in undergraduate programs.
